Mountpark Logistics EU Sarl is a joint venture between Mountpark Finco and Affinius Capital Europe Holdco B.V., the European holding company managed by the Dutch subsidiary of Affinius Capital (formerly known as USAA Real Estate). The company has rapidly established itself as a leading logistics property company, with the independence, flexibility and expertise to deliver buildings that are tailored to meet customers’ requirements.

John has been at the forefront of logistics property development and investment across Europe for the past 30 years. Having established Kingspark, he expanded it to become the European platform for Prologis. John then built up Parkridge, which developed a large portfolio in CE before it was also sold to Prologis. John, who has been dubbed 'the Godfather of sheds', is proud of Mountpark's customer-centric approach and its dedicated team of professionals.
For the past 20 years David has led Affinius Capital’s (formerly known as USAA Real Estate) global logistics development operations, including the expansion into Europe in 2014 through the joint venture with Mountpark. To help facilitate the company’s continuing growth, David became CEO of Mountpark in 2022, while at the same time, serving as Executive Managing Director and Global Head of Logistics for Affinius Capital (formerly known as USAA Real Estate).
Justin has been a director of Mountpark since 2016 and served as its CEO from 2019 to 2022. Justin is the Executive Managing Director and Head of Europe for Affinius Capital (formerly known as USAA Real Estate) and oversees its diversified investment portfolio comprising logistics, residential, media/film studio, data centre and credit assets.
After qualifying with KPMG, Donald worked in financial services for several years before moving into the real estate sector in 2006. Since then he has held a number of roles, including Head of Operations for the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority Real Estate and Infrastructure Department. Donald joined Mountpark in January 2019 with responsibility for the Group’s financial operations.
After qualifying as a chartered surveyor, Roger worked in fund management at what is now Aviva Investors for over 20 years.
He joined Parkridge in 2006 as a main board director and became a founding director of Mountpark, where he is Chief Operating Officer.
Philip started his career at the Cadogan Estate before moving into agency at Matthews & Goodman. In 2001 he joined Kingspark, since when he has specialised in commercial property development.
He was a founding director of Parkridge and more recently of Mountpark, where he is responsible for the company’s operations in the UK and Ireland.
With over 30 years' experience in the industrial and logistics property sector, Nigel began his career in London with King & Co., followed by a move to Paris to lead the European Industrial team of Cushman & Wakefield before joining Prologis' global team in 2007. He moved to Mountpark in 2018, bringing a detailed knowledge of pan-European markets and economic trends.
Piotr worked in New York as an architect and project manager. Moving back to Poland, he joined Prologis in 1998 as project manager for central Europe. Together with Hans van Luijken, he set up Parkridge in central Europe in 2003 and following the sale of Parkridge, built up a development portfolio in central Europe and the Ukraine. At Mountpark, Piotr is responsible for Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Since 1986, Wal worked for a number of main contractors before joining Parkridge as projects director in 2004. In 2010, he set up a design and delivery consultancy before joining Mountpark in 2015.
Wal is responsible for all construction matters on a pan- Europe basis, from procurement through to completion.
Vishnu is a finance lawyer with 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector. He was General Counsel at Commercial Mortgage Bank in Europe and then worked in the Real Estate Capital Markets Group at BNP Paribas, before becoming Head of Transaction Management at CBRE Capital Advisors in the Debt and Structured Finance team. Vishnu joined Mountpark in 2020, where in addition to his role as General Counsel, he is responsible for debt and treasury management.
Mark started his career at DTZ before moving to Argus Software and then Ballymore Properties. In 2011 he joined CBRE Capital Advisors, becoming a Director in the Corporate Finance and Investment Advisory teams, specialising in the creation of large scale joint ventures.
Mark joined Mountpark in 2022 and is responsible for corporate and property transactions in the UK and Europe.
Rach began her career at IM Properties, where she focussed on logistics development and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2016.
She joined Mountpark in 2021 and is responsible for delivering developments across the UK.
David qualified as a Chartered Surveyor over 30 years ago and has worked across the commercial property development sector for retailers, agents and developers.
He was a founding director of Mountpark and as European Business Development Director he is the main Mountpark contact for our pan-European customers, using his extensive network across Europe to meet their operational requirements.
Tom started his career at JLL, where he qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2014. He worked in the Capital Markets team, focussing on the logistics market.
He joined Mountpark in 2017 and is a Director involved in the delivery of projects in Spain. He also works on various pan-European corporate functions and debt financing.
Prior to joining Mountpark, Bart spent five years in the National Investment team at GVA (now Avison Young). As a qualified chartered surveyor, he focussed on the acquisition, funding and disposal of industrial and logistics assets.
Bart joined Mountpark in 2019 and is responsible for delivering developments across the UK.
Brett began his career at Cushman & Wakefield, where he qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2018. Moving into the UK Capital Markets team, he focussed on logistics investment.
Brett joined Mountpark in 2020 and is responsible for delivering developments across the UK and Ireland.
Tom qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2013 and worked at CBRE in the Industrial Capital Markets team, where he focussed on the logistics market.
He joined Mountpark in 2016 and is responsible for delivering developments across the UK.
After qualifying as an architect, Julie-Ann worked in an architectural practice for over 10 years before moving into main contracting, where she worked on large scale projects in the residential & logistic sectors. Julie-Ann joined Mountpark in 2022 and is responsible for the construction of the company’s developments in the UK and Ireland – from procurement through to handover.
Harriet, who qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2013, began her career at LaSalle Investment Management in the Fund Management team. She joined Cuvette Strategic Land in 2019, with responsibility for strategic acquisitions as well as the management and delivery of major projects across the UK.
Harriet joined Mountpark in 2022 with responsibility for the UK strategic land portfolio and for developing Mountpark’s ESG strategy.
With over 22 years’ experience in main contracting, delivering turn-key industrial and logistics projects across the UK, Marc joined Mountpark in 2019. He is responsible for the construction of the company’s developments in UK and Ireland, from procurement through to handover.
Rory began his career at Fisher German, where he worked with a broad range of clients and qualified as a Chartered Town Planner in 2019.
Rory moved to Cuvette Strategic Land in 2020 and joined Mountpark in 2022, where he is responsible for promoting the UK strategic land portfolio through the planning process.
Rose began her career at JLL, where she gained a wide range of experience before joining the Development Consultancy team and qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2019.
After joining Cuvette Strategic Land in 2021, Rose moved to Mountpark in 2022 with responsibility for identifying development opportunities and promoting them through the planning process.
Ellie started her career at Cuvette Strategic Land, where she was responsible for managing the financial accounts across the UK land portfolio.
She joined Mountpark in 2022, with responsibility for administration, accounting and group reporting. Ellie also manages Mountpark’s Midlands office in Leamington Spa.
Severine started her accountancy career in the UK before moving to Luxembourg, where she worked for both service providers and property companies. In 2016, she joined Mountpark, where she is responsible for administration, accounting and group reporting.
Nicholas joined Mountpark in 2021 from Cushman & Wakefield in Paris, where he was a Partner in the Capital Markets Group specialising in business space. Beginning his career at Savills, Nicholas qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1999. He then worked in both London and Kampala, Uganda before moving to France in 2005.
As Development Director at Mountpark in Paris, Nicholas is a key member of the development team, connecting the business with broker and customer markets and delivering logistics property opportunities across France.
After qualifying as an architect, Daniel worked as both an architect and project manager on logistics real estate projects for various architectural firms. He then set up his own practice before joining Argan and then Quartus Logistique as Programme Director.
Daniel joined Mountpark in 2023 with responsibility for delivering the company’s developments in France.
Previously at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was Head of Industrial and Logistics, Spain, Guillermo joined Mountpark in 2021. Based in Madrid, Guillermo is responsible for leasing and development in Spain & Portugal.
Leandro developed his project management experience in Spain before moving to South America in 2010 to lead industrial and logistics design and build projects. In 2018, he joined Mountpark, where he is responsible for the technical aspects of the company’s developments in Spain and Portugal.
Piotr began his career in 2006 as an industrial agent at DTZ Poland. He moved into industrial development in 2008 working with developers such as Prologis, Europolis and P3 Logistic Park to expand their portfolios in Poland. Piotr joined Mountpark in 2020 as development director with responsibility for projects across Central Europe.
Angelika worked for architectural practices in Berlin and Warsaw before joining Parkridge in 2006 as investment director. Following further roles in the industrial property sector, she joined Mountpark in 2017, where she is responsible for pre-development and investment operations in central Europe.
Jakub began his career as an industrial agent at JLL Prague. He moved into industrial development in 2004, working with developers such as Prologis, Goodman and P3 to expand their portfolios in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Jakub joined Mountpark in 2019 as development director with responsibility for projects across Central Europe.
Patrycja began her career in 1997 as a designer at Decorum in Katowice before joining Echo Investment in 1999 as design manager. She moved to Warsaw in 2004 to work for Parkridge as director of design and planning and in 2012 she joined the Mountpark, where she is responsible for planning and design.

We support some amazing charities who work with children and military veterans. The Directors of Mountpark have been responsible for providing 27 sunshine coaches to disadvantaged children across the UK and Ireland. We've also played a part in supporting vulnerable veterans to integrate back into society and sustain their independence.
The pandemic has exposed points of weakness and fragility in global supply chains. However, it has been striking how the logistics sector has come to be relied upon as an essential service.

At an aggregate level, the unemployment rate across Europe is now below its pre-crisis low.
There is a perception that the overwhelming reason for labour shortages is a supply issue, over which the industry has little control.
